  The worst Bojangles restaurant that I have encountered! Their customer service is extremely poor and even management could care less whether they provide satisfactory customer service or not! It's such a shame because I actually love Bojangles. My last and final trip to this store, I waited 10 minutes to pay and receive 2 chicken biscuits. Now, keep in mind there was no car in front of me so this was just unacceptable. There was an employee that sparked a full conversation from outside the drivethru window with the employee working the drive-thru. This prevented me from driving up for 3 minutes. Then, once pulled up to the window the young lady never approached me. I waited a full 10 minutes before she came to the window with a clear attitude and quoted me a price. No good morning, my apologies, how are you doing? Nothing! Poorly ran and porrly managed. Other bad encounters included no chicken available at 10:45am, raw chicken poorly cooked, old food with a terrible taste, and rude employees. Overall, I've had so many bad experiences that I will not be back. Don't go here! They need to fire the entire staff and start over.

  The service was good, she was very helpful. But the chicken wasn't all the way cooked.and when she handed me the box a piece of her her came with it. Smh.

  Good service, but the food is amazing. I eat here every chance I get. Good prices as well.
