  The ambiance is as good as any other Starbucks location. I visit this place twice a week or more. Everytime I see new staff being trained resulting in very slow service. Nothing to complain about the taste of the beverages though.

  If I didn't have tob wait so long all the time then it'll be 5 stars. I order through moble app and all have to wait. Or my drink will be sitting there and no one will offer to say "hey how can I help you, doors you do a moble order" most of the time they don't put enough caramel on my Frappuccino.

  This location really needs to work on its customer service. One of the Baristas forgot my order and acted like she didn't know it! I heard them call my name and I continued to wait while she fixed other customers orders. Do yourself a favor and just take your coffee to go! Faster and more friendly service
